Analysis of Strategic Transformation of China’s Regional Development

2009年以来10多个国家级区域规划密集出台,不同发展主题和战略意义的区域振兴规划得以上升到国家战略层面。尽管各个区域规划在产生方式、政策支持和战略意义上存在不同,但从总体上看,区域经济发展步伐的加快反映了我国区域经济发展战略的调整和转变,区域发展战略在布局、目标和方式上的调整也导致了中央与地方之间关系的变化。面对当前我国区域发展战略调整下的区域经济新格局,如何正确理解我国区域发展的战略转型以及应对转型过程中可能出现的难题是我们应该关注的重点。

Since 2009,more than 10 national-level regional plannings have been dense issued.Regional plannings of different development themes and strategic significance rise to national strategic level. Although every regional planning has differences in way of produce, policy support and strategic significance,generally speaking,the high pace of regional economic development reflects the adjustment and transformation of China’s regional economic development strategy. The adjustments in layout, objectives and ways also lead to changes of the relationship between the central and local.Facing the new pattern of regional economy, we should focus on how to understand the current regional development of strategic transformation and deal with the possible problems in transformation process is.
