摘要
基于日本农业在农户小规模经营基础上实现现代化的基本经验,阐述了日本的成功经营对我国农业现代化的启示:深化耕地制度改革,发展家庭适度规模经营;大力发展小城镇和农村中小企业,积极推进农转非;加大政府的财政支持力度;建立健全农民合作经济组织体系。
Based on the experience of Japan＇ s agriculture small scale modernization, it explains the inspiration of Japan＇ s suecessful operation on China＇ s agricultural modernization revelation, deepening land reform,the development of family appropri- ate scale ; vigorously developing small towns and rural small and medium enterprises, and activelyadvance of peasants ; increase the government＇ s financial support; establish a sound system of rural cooperative economic organizations.
