武钢一炼钢厂铁水脱硫站的设计特点

Design Characteristics of Desulphurization Station of Hot Metal in No. 1 steelmaking Plant of WISCO

结合武钢一炼钢厂的厂情和国内外铁水脱硫的新技术，论述了在武钢一炼钢厂平炉改转炉工程设计中铁水脱硫站的设计特点，包括脱硫剂、脱硫方法、规模、工艺参数、处理效果等。该铁水脱硫站的设备全部国产化，比原武钢二炼钢厂、三炼钢厂的铁水脱硫站有所改进和创新，生产实践证明该铁水脱硫站的设计是成功的。

Combining with the conditions of No.1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO and new tech-nologies on desulphurization of hot metal, this paper gives discussions on design characteristics ofdesulphurization station in design plan of changing open hearth to converter in No. 1 SteelmakingPlant of WISCO, including agents, methods, scale, process parameters and effects of desulphuriza-tion. Introducing domestic facilities, the desulphurization station has been improved and renovatedcompared with No.2 and No. 3 steelmaking Plant. Plactices have proved that this design of desul-phurization station is very successful.
