Development and Application of Impact Plate for Magnisian Tundish

以电熔镁砂为主要原料，加入短钢纤维，促凝剂和分散剂等外加物，研制出镁质中间包冲击板预制块。该板耐钢水、熔渣冲刷性能好，不污染钢水，烘烤时无爆裂，使用方便。

The development on precast impact plate of magnisian tundish has been implement-ed with electromlted magnsite as the main material, adding short steel fiber, accelerant and disper-sing agent as additives. This plate has good properties of impact resistance to molten steel and slags,protecting steel against polution, no explosion in baking process and easy application.
