早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗时间探讨与围产结局分析

The Perinatal Outcome Analysis and the Exploration of Expectant Treatment Time of the Premature Severe Preeclampsia

目的:了解早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗的方法,探讨早发型重度子痫前期的并发症,期待治疗与妊娠结局的关系,总结临床进行早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗的经验。方法:将60例早发型重度子痫前期患者结合其孕周分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ两组,然后观察并分析两组的期待治疗时间,孕妇并发症及围产儿结局等情况。结果:两组的期待治疗时间相比具有显著统计差异,P<0.01;两组的并发症发生率相比没有显著统计差异,P>0.05,但Ⅰ组的合计并发症发生率显著高于Ⅱ组,P<0.01。结论:早发型重度子痫前期的并发症发生率比较高,预后不良,围产儿的死亡率高,且随孕妇孕周的增加而呈下降趋势。

Objective：To acquaint the expectant treatment method and explore the relations of the complications,expectant treatment and the perinatal outcome of the premature severe preeclampsia.Method：60 cases with premature severe preeclampsia were divided into two groups according to the gestation ages,and then observed and analyzed the two groups’expectant treatment time,complication and perinatal outcome.Result：The two groups’expectant treatment time had significant differences,P〈0.01;The two groups’complications rate had no significant differences,P〉0.05,but the Ⅰgroup’s total complication rate was more than the other groups’significantly,P〈0.01.Conclusion：The complication rate is high comparatively of the premature severe preeclampsia,prognosis poorly,perinatal mortality is high,and it decreased with the gestation ages increasing.
