胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能的康复治疗探讨 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能的康复治疗方法。方法:抽取2003年1月至2009年9月本科室收治的132例胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的患者作为观察对象,术后根据患者膝关节功能及全身状况制定康复计划,并进行3-12个月的随访。分别评估3、6、12个月的膝关节功能情况。结果:经康复治疗后,对132例胫骨平台骨折患者术后3、6、12个月的膝关节功能进行评价,功能优良率分别为12.9%、75%、83.3%。结论:对胫骨平台骨折术后患者制定合理的康复计划可以有效帮助患者改善膝关节功能,恢复正常生活。 Objective:To explore the possible rehabilitation method for knee joint functions after surgery of tibia plateau fracture.Method:We collected 132 patients who received the tibia surgery between January 2003 to September 2009.The individual rehabilitation plans would be draw up according to patients’ own conditions.During the observation period,each patient’s knee’s functions would be checked and evaluated by the doctors every three months.Result:After the rehabilitation treatments,the 132 patients’ knee joint functions were improved.The percentage of functions recovery after the surgiery by 3,6 and 12 months was 12.9%,75%,83.3% respectively.Conclusion:An effective rehabilitation program can help patients improve their knee functions after the surgery.It is no doubt that the rehabilitation can bring a patient back to the normal life.
