自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足21例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察自体外周血干细胞移植(PBSCT)治疗糠尿病足的临床疗效。方法:对21例自愿接受自体PBSCT的糠尿病足患者施行自体外周血干细胞移植各1次,全部患者均给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子200-500μg/d皮下注射,行PBSC动员5d,然后用MCS+ED血细胞分离机采集外周血干细胞。将干细胞悬液按3cm×3cm距离进行患侧肢体移植术,术后第1天至6个月定期观察各项指标。结果:自体PBSCT后6个月进行临床评估,患者下肢疼痛、冷感、间歇性跛行、皮肤温度、经皮氧分压(tcpO2)、踝肱指数(AB I)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)治疗前后均有显著性差异。移植过程无不良反应发生。结论:自体外周血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足是一种安全有效的方法,可为糖尿病足的治疗提供有益的思路。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in treatment of diabetic lower limb ischemia.Method:Stem cells were transplanted into 21 patients of diabetic foot who volunteered to receive autologous peripheral blood stem cells transplantation.Various index were observed from the first day to six months after operation.Result:After transplantation,there are significant improvement in lower limb pain,cool feeling,intermittent limp,skin temperature,tcpO2 and digital subtraction arteriography without adverse reaction.Conclusion:Autologous PBSC is an effective and safe method in the treatment of diabetic ischemic angiopathy of lower limb,and it can provide benefical implications for treatment of diabetic foot.
