变应性咳嗽46例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 46 Cases Allergic Cough

目的:探讨变应性咳嗽的临床治疗疗效。方法:46例变应性咳嗽患者随机分成三组,A组采用阿奇霉素、酮替芬和糖皮质激素联合中药治疗,B组采用阿奇霉素、酮替芬和糖皮质激素联合治疗,C组采用酮替芬治疗,为期2周,观察其疗效。结果:A组的总有效率为87.5%,B组的总有效率为81.25%,C组的总有效率为64.28%。结论:采用阿奇霉素、酮替芬和糖皮质激素联合治疗变应性咳嗽的疗效很好,假若再联合中药治疗的话,效果会更好。

Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of allergic cough.Method：46 cases of allergic cough patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A used azithromycin,ketotifen and glucocorticoid therapy combined with traditional Chinese.group B used azithromycin,ketotifen and glucocorticoid therapy,group C used Ketotifen for 2 weeks,Then observed the effect.Result：The total effective rate was 87.5% in group A,81.25% in group B,64.28% in group C.Conclusion：Allergic cough treated with azithromycin,ketotifen and glucocorticoid has good effect.If combine with traditional Chinese medicine is better.
