用ＤＥＬＬ４８６ 微机作管理机，用ＳＹＳＭ ＡＣ Ｃ１０００Ｈ 可编程序控制器作控制机，根据槽电阻加电流波动校正的数学模型，自动调整极距，控制槽电压，稳定生产，提高了电流效率，节电３２３ｋＷ ·ｈ／ｔ·Ａｌ，并减轻了劳动强度。
