全髋关节置换术患者留置尿管的最佳时机研究

The Best Time of Indwelling Catheter for Patients with Hip Replacement

目的:为了提高病人在留置尿管期间的舒适度,探讨髋关节置换术病人留置尿管的最佳时间。方法:对潮州医院近四年来收治的85例全髋关节置换患者资料进行对比研究,将85例患者按手术日期分为两组:麻醉前置管组和麻醉后置管组。比较两组患者在置管时的血压和心率变化及置管的舒适度。结果:两组患者置管时的血压无差别(P>0.05),麻醉前置管组在置管时的舒适度小于麻醉后置管组(P<0.05),麻醉前置管组在置管12h时舒适度大于麻醉后置管组(P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节置换术患者留置尿管的最佳时间应该在麻醉前10min左右。

Objective：To improve the comfort level of the patients with indwelling catheter,and explore the best time of indwelling catheter for the hip replacement surgery patients.Method：The 85 cases with total hip replacement in Chaozhou Hospital in the recent four years,were analyzed the data comparetively,They were divided into two groups according to the date of surgery：The prepositive anesthesia group and the postpositive anesthesia group.Then compared the blood pressure changes and the heart rate,and the comfort level during catheterization.Result：There was no difference in blood pressure during catheterization for the patients in the two groups（P〉0.05）.The comfort level to the prepositive anesthesia group was less than the postpositive anesthesia group during catheterization（P〈0.05）,while the comfort level to the prepositive anesthesia group was greater than the postpositive anesthesia group that catheterized after 12 hours.（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The best time of total hip replacement patients indwelling catheter should be about 10min before anesthesia.
