Big bell rod happens to fracture accident in No 2 blast furnace of Weihai ironmaking works Through analyzing,it is discovered that the main causes of happening accident are weak equipment management,no attention some abnormal phenomena and no adopting reasonable steps before accident appearance This paper puts forward some effective countermeasures based on the analyzing
