摘要
针对国内目前市场上所用的箅条主要是高铬合金箅条和中硅耐热球铁箅条两大类,前者使用寿命较长,但成本较高,用户一次性投资大,而后者使用寿命太短,烧结机作业率低。为了解决这个问题,北京冶金设备研究院开发了铬硅耐热铸钢箅条,为降低这一钢种的脆性,开发了复合变质处理工艺。结果表明,多元耐热铸钢箅条使用安全,成本较低,使用效果明显优于球铁箅条,接近了高铬合金箅条的水平。
Against the two main kinds of comb bar on home market at present: high-chromiumalloy bar and meditnn-silion heat-resysting nodular-casting-iron bar,the former being of long working-lifebut high cost and asking for a first-time large invest,the latter being of too short expectance and bringingalow working ratio for sintering machine, the chromium-silicon heat-resistingcasting-steel comb barwas developed with complex modified treatment to lower its brittleness, being of safe, low cost betterthan the nodular-caning-iron one and almost same with high-chromium alloy one.
