跨文化交际中的冲突与面子维护 被引量：2

摘要 跨文化冲突在跨文化交际过程中无法避免。面子在交际过程中也是一个很重要的因素。如果双方产生冲突时,能够注意顾及自身和对方的面子,则有利于双方的进一步交流;而如果交流双方不顾及自身和对方的面子,则不利于交流的进行。文章从高低语境、个人主义/集体主义、权力差异、自我构念等文化变量出发,分析跨文化冲突及冲突的解决类型、面子及面子协商理论,试图通过"面子"问题来解决跨文化交际产生的冲突,从而促进跨文化交际的顺利进行。
