DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ABOUT SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT INVESTED BY FOREIGN FUND

90年代以来，随着我国对外开放和利用外资规模的迅猛增大，出现了一系列问题和矛盾。对外商直接投资项目监督管理工作中出现的问题在此进行列举和分析，旨在为冶金企业在利用外资工作中起到参考和借鉴的作用。

Since 1990 s a series of problems and contradictions have risen along with thereforming andopening in our country and fast expanding of utilization of foreign fund. The problems rosein supervisory and management of projects invested directly by foreign businesses are presented andanalyzed to give a reference for metallurgical businessin utilianion of foreign capital.
