高铜载金炭氨浸脱铜的研究

Research on decoppering of high copper loaded carbon by ammoniacal leaching

主要介绍对高铜载金炭采用了加入一种添加剂的氨溶液进行脱铜的研究，脱铜率达９０ ％ ，脱铜效果较好。脱铜液有一种再生剂可沉铜再生氨，铜沉淀率９９ ．１９ ％ ，氨再生率约７０ ％ 。用这种方法除铜不仅解决了铜对金吸附的影响，而且回收了铜，处理成本也低。

Experimental research on decoppering of high copper loaded carbon by ammoniacal leaching in the pre sence of additives was described in this article.Using this method,satisfactory results of decoppering rate of 90% were obtained.Decoppered liquid can be regenerated through treatment by a sort of regenerating agent.The precipitating rate of copper was 99.19% and the regenerating rate of ammonia was about 70%.Not only harmful influence of copper on adsorption of gold was eliminated,but also copper was recovered.The treatment cost is low as well.
