岩土环境是人类生息最重要的环境。分析了矿山开采对其周围区域内岩土环境所造成的各种类型的负效应，并在此基础上，提出了相应的综合防治对策。

The most important living environment of humanity is rock earth environment.In this paper,the various negative effects of mining operation on rock earth environment around mining area are analysed.On this basis ,the appropriate counter measures for synthetic prevention and control of the disadvantageous effects are proposed.
