摘要
中西方在某些新闻传播理念和功能上有着一定相通的要求规范,当然也有着根本性的不同,随着媒体改革的深入,媒体的社会责任及功能缺位将会得到完善。
On the basis of the comparison of media responsibility in China and western countries,the article analyzes the deficiency of responsibility and function in media reform,and explores the improvement.
