摘要
分析了高精度数控立式车床CXK5225WP的结构特点及主要性能指标,介绍了使用该机床硬车加工大型高精密轴承套圈的工艺方法和技术特点。实践证明,硬车完全能够满足大型轴承加工的精度要求,且加工效率显著提高。
The structure and main properties of precision CNC vertical lathe CXK5225WP are analyzed,and the technology and technical characteristics are introduced for turning of large size precision bearing rings instead of grinding.The practical use shows the processing method is able to meet the requirement with high efficiency.
