摘要
零件加工质量的统计分析是机械加工中的重要内容。利用MATLAB软件在数学计算中的优势,结合机械加工中已测得的零件实际尺寸,以2个实例,分别编制了零件加工质量分布图分析法的M文件和点图分析法的M文件,运行M文件后,即可直接完成零件加工尺寸的统计直方图绘制、零件合格率及废品率确定、加工常值系统误差确定、χ-R图的绘制,这为零件加工误差的统计分析提供了一条便捷之路。
Statistic analysis of parts processing quality is an important content in machining. With the advantage of MATLAB software in mathematical computation, the parts processing quality distribution analysis of M file and spot diagram analysis of M file were programmed, respectively. The running results of the two files can conveniently display the histogram of size, x^-- R digram, and such parameters as parts qualification rate, rejection rate, parts processing system error, etc. This paper provides a convenient and effective method for parts processing error statistical analysis.
