摘要
设计了一个骨料、粉料配料系统,系统采用DCS结构,可动态移动配料称量车,计量精度较高,定位准确。对带有公共料仓的双通道取料控制,建立了一个基于计数器的控制模型,较好地解决了公共料仓的取料冲突及称量车的等待问题,采用循环优先级使整个系统的设备利用率较高,整个设计可根据生产工艺要求在较宽的范围内调整。
This paper presents the design of a aggregate and powder burdening system. The system adopts the advanced DCS structure and distributes the function reasonably. The mobile burdening weighing scale vehicles have high measurement precision and positional accuracy. For the control of dual-channel charging with the public material bin, a counter-based control model, which can solve the problems of public bin charging and weighing scale vehicles waiting is established. The rotating priority enhances the equipment utilization rate and the implementation can be adjusted in a certain range according to the requirement of production technology.
