摘要
针对50 m长道岔轨采用普通平车运输方案的特点,建立了运输方案动力学计算模型。对运输车组侧向通过9号、12号道岔和通过半径为300 m曲线的各种速度工况进行了仿真计算,在理论上分析了方案的运行安全性。在仿真计算的基础上,对方案进行了实际道岔、小半径曲线和长距离运行试验。试验结果表明,50 m长道岔轨采用普通平车运输方案的运行安全性满足运输要求,并且该运输方案已在攀钢实际应用。
Aiming at the characteristics of 50m long switch rail applying transport scheme of common flat car,the dynamic calculation model of transport scheme was established.Simulation calculation of each wheelset speed operation status on lateral passing No.9 and No.12 turnout as well as curve with radius of 300m were implemented,and the operation safety of the scheme was analyzed.Based on the simulation calculation,the actual switch,small radius curve and long-distance operation test were implemented for the scheme.The test result shows that the safety of 50m long switch rail applying common flat car transport scheme could satisfy the transport requirement,and scheme was actually implemented in Pangang Group Company Ltd.
