摘要
综述了氧气管道的可选材料,并结合施工实践对氧气管道中比较常见的管道材料容易出现的成分不符合要求、壁厚达不到标准和无缝管存在焊缝等缺陷等现象进行了探讨,同时给出了解决这些问题的方法,通过这些措施来提高氧气管道的施工质量,保证其能够安全可靠运行。
The optional oxygen pipe materials are reviewed.Based on the construction practice,some problems about oxygen pipe materials are discussed: pipe material does not meet the requirements;wall thickness can not reach the standard;and there is welding seam in seamless tube.The ways to solve these problems are given.These ways can be used to improve construction quality of oxygen pipe and ensure safety and reliable running of the pipe.
