摘要
以某干熄焦余热电站的两台CC25-8.83/3.2/0.981型汽轮发电机组为例,通过对影响真空因素的分析和查找,最终找到导致真空低的主要原因是多级水封存在缺陷,并提出水封系统改进方案,使凝汽器真空达到运行要求。
Taking for example the two CC25-8.83/3.2/0.981turbo-units of the dry cooling waste heat power station,the factors affecting vacuum were analyzed.The main cause resulting in low vacuum was that there were defects in multistage water seal.The improving plan for the water seal system was given so that condenser vacuum could meet the requirements of running.
