摘要
连铸机循环冷却水系统是关系到连铸机的生产产量和铸坯质量能否达到设计的要求。为解决这一技术问题,经过实验室试验研究,采用投加水质稳定药剂"复合高效缓蚀剂CW2105+杀菌灭藻剂CW701"的处理技术,解决了软化水循环冷却水半密式系统运行的技术问题,使连铸机结晶器软化水质连续稳定运行。
The circulating cooling water system of conticaster has relations with conticaster production and design requirements of casting block quality.To solve this problem,laboratory tests were conducted,and water quality stabilizer——compound high efficiency corrosion inhibitor CW2105+ algae fungicide CW701 was used.It solved the water quality problem of the semiclosed circulating cooling water system of softened water and made softening water quality of the conticaster crystallizer stable.
