摘要
快速无损检测大豆种子中的脂肪含量,在大豆品质育种和质量检测上至关重要。分别用索氏提取法、核磁共振仪及近红外谷物分析仪测定了5种国产大豆种子的脂肪含量,并对3种方法的测量结果进行了分析比较。结果表明:核磁共振法测定的结果与索式提取法更接近,偏差均小于0.95个百分点,最低偏差仅为-0.02个百分点;而近红外光谱法与索式提取法的偏差较大。
The fat contents of five domestic soybean cultivars seeds were analyzed by Soxhlet method,nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer(NMR) and near-infrared(NIR) grain analyzer respectively.The results showed that results of NMR closely tallied with that of Soxhlet method,the deviation between them was less than 0.95 percentage points,and the minimum deviation was only-0.02 percentage points.However,the result of NIR showed higher deviation from that of Soxhlet method than NMR did in this study.
