摘要
介绍了影响葡萄果实品质的各种因子:品种特性、生态因子(温度、光照、水分和土壤)、栽培管理(套袋、架式与负载量、土壤耕作、根域限制)等,阐述了以上各种因子对葡萄果实品质的影响及其机制,这对我国的葡萄生产具有指导意义。
In this paper,the factors affecting grape berry quality were introduced,such as variety characters,ecological factors such as temperature,light,water and soil,cultivation measures such as bagging,trellis,loading,soil cultivation and root restriction,etc.Such a conclusion may be advantageously used in guiding the grape production in China.
