摘要
利用蛋白质含量不同且不含有5+10亚基的亲本材料与蛋白质含量不同但含有5+10亚基的亲本材料杂交,研究优质小麦育种和种质材料创新中5+10亚基的导入规律,结果表明,5+10亚基的导入率既与5+10亚基的遗传背景有关,又与被改良品种材料的蛋白质含量有关,但与5+10亚基材料的蛋白质含量的关系不大。在含有5+10亚基的优质品种选育和种质材料创新中,受体品种的蛋白质含量不能太低,而且要选用合适的杂交组合类型,以提高后代品系5+10亚基的出现频率。
The hybridization hetween parental materials that had different protein content and no 5+ 10 glutenin subunits with parental materials that had different protein content and 5+10 glutenin snbunits were used to study the introductory regularity of 5+10 glntein subunits in breeding for high-quality wheat variety and innovation for high-quality wheat gernplasm. The result showed that the introductory rate of 5+10 glutenin subunits related to the grain protein content of acceptor parent, and related as well to genetic background of 5+10 glutenin subunits in hybrid descendants, while its relation with the introductory rate of 5+10 glutenin subunits and the protein content of parental materials with 5+10 glutenin subunits was not notable. So in breeding for high-quality wheat variety and innovation for high-quality wheat germplasm, the protein content of the acceptor materials could not be too low and suitable hybrid type was expected to enhance the rate of descendants with 5+10 glutenin subunits.
