中药新药研发的新模式 被引量:3

摘要 20年来批准生产的中药新药,低水平重复十分严重,品种数量的增加远远超过了质量与水平的提高,创新发展不足。提高疗效、提高安全性、提高质量没有受到应有的重视,加之制药企业急功近利,要求低投入、低风险、高回报、快回报,因而低水平重复成为中药发展的主流,而创新发展陷入举步维艰的困境。例如20年来申报注册的21086种中药中,真正属于新药的品种2963种(占14.2%),而仿制药5285种(占25.9%),改变剂型、规格或适应症的变相仿制药达11727件(占58.2%),
