摘要
针对超声基准装置量传范围较窄且现存超声功率基准装置电测系统中高频电压表不易溯源等问题,国家质检总局2005年下达对超声功率基准装置技术改造任务,课题组利用压电材料电能转变为机械能的压电效应原理,在旧装置石英材料换能器的基础上,采用新的单晶材料铌酸锂,制造出新的超声换能器,对超声基准装置的关键部件之一的超声换能器匹配电路进行了改造。改造后的基准装置准确度得到提高,量传范围得以扩展,新换能器和匹配系统一定程度上解决了装置的高频高压溯源问题,确保了基准装置在国际超声功率溯源体系中处于领先位置。
