摘要
将红外测温系统(ITMS)应用于电器产品可触及表面温升的检测中,引入光学图像以增强红外图像的可视性,建立了一套电器产品的安全性能快速检测系统。分析了系统功能模块和系统构架,阐述了系统的工作流程和检测方法。试验检测表明,该测温系统可以应用于一线检验现场和企业生产现场的产品在线检测工作中,提高了检测的快速性及准确性。
The infrared temperature measuring system(ITMS) is applied into detection of accessible surface temperature rising for electrical apparatus,and the optical image is introduced to enhance the visibility of infrared image,then a set of rapid detection system for the electricalapparatus is established.The functional module and system architecture are analyzed,and the workflow as well as the detection method is described.The experimental detection indicates that the temperature detection system can be applied to both the first-line detection site and the product online detection of enterprise production site,improving the rapidity and accuracy of the detection.
