摘要
采用IHA和LB-ELISA,对检测来自全省14个州市36个规模场和228个散养户的1212份牛和羊血清进行O型和Asia-I型FMD免疫抗体检测。O型FMD检测牛647份,免疫合格559份,平均合格率为86.39%,滴度大于1∶128有399份;检测羊675份,免疫合格569份,平均合格率为84.29%,滴度大于1∶128的有437份。Asia-I型FMD检测牛601份,免疫合格467份,平均合格率为77.70%,滴度大于1∶128的有381份;检测羊560份,免疫合格439份,平均合格率为78.39%,滴度大于1∶128的有363份。
IHA and LB-ELISA was adopted to examine FMD immune antibody level of Type O and Type Asian-I on 1212 bovine and ovine serum specimens from 36 large-scale farms and 228 household farmers in 14 cities of Gansu Province.647 cattle was examined for Type O FMD,559 specimens were qualified,average qualifying rate was 86.39%,399 specimens antibody titer was higher than 1:128;675 goats was examined for Type O FMD,569 specimens were qualified,average qualifying rate was 84.29%,437 specimens antibody titer was higher than 1∶128.601 cattle was examined for Type Asian-1 FMD,467 specimens were qualified,average qualifying rate was 77.70%,381 specimens antibody titer was higher than 1∶128;560 goats was examined for Type Asian-1 FMD,439 specimens were qualified,average qualifying rate was 78.39%,363 specimens antibody titer was higher than 1∶128.
