摘要
从总结基础知识、继承及革新传统实验方法着手,探讨禽蛋品质测定的方法,更新实验教学内容,目的在于使学生既具有过硬的实验室操作技能,同时又了解最新的现代测定方法,以适应学科发展的要求。
Starting with summarizing basic knowledge,inheriting and innovating traditional experiment methods,the measurement methods of poultry egg quality were discussed,experiment teaching contents were updated,we aim at make students master operational technique perfectly,moreover,understand modern measurement methods,in order to adapt the requirements of subject development.
