摘要
在网络化制造下,由于制造系统的复杂性,产品的多样性,信息的广泛性和用户对产品更高的要求,特别是组成产品的零件来源于不同的制造企业,原材料、设备、加工方法、企业标准、操作者水平等的差异使异地产品的质量控制更加困难和复杂。分析协同生产条件下产品的质量控制特点,给出异地制造产品质量协同控制系统的体系结构;阐述协同控制器的体系结构、组成及运行规律;并分析产品质量控制的模糊神经网络BP模型。通过一个具体实例说明产品质量目标控制的调整方法。
In the network manufacture,the difficulties and complications of remote quality control of products are become even worse due to a lot of factors,such as the complication of system,the multiplicity of products,and the extensiveness of information and the higher requirements of clients,especially the different manufacture source of the parts,materials,equipments,processes,and industrial standards and the difference of operators' skills.The characteristics of quality control under coordinated produce condition were analyzed and the architecture of quality coordinated control system in the remote manufacture was presented.The architecture,constitution and operation principle of quality collaborative controller were illustrated,and the BP model of fuzzy neural network for quality control of products was analyzed.The adjusting method of product quality target control was introduced by using an actual example.
