1250t液压机滑块筋板的鲁棒优化设计

摘要 滑块是液压机的重要受力结构,对其进行优化设计十分重要。运用邻域培植遗传算法(NCGA)进行确定性优化设计并进行6σ单点稳健校核,结果表明设计结果的稳健性较差;将NCGA算法与6σ稳健优化方法相结合,在多学科优化软件iSIGHT中进行模型优化设计,结果表明设计结果的稳健性达到99.999 9%。 The slide block is a major stress structure of the hydraulic press and its optimal design is very important.Neighborhood cultivation genetic algorithm(NCGA) was used for certainty optimized design and 6σ single-point robust exam was processed.The result shows poor robustness in design.By combining NCGA and 6σ robust design method,optimal model was designed in the multi-disciplinary optimized software iSIGHT.The results show 99.999 9% of robustness is reached.
