摘要
针对阀控马达采用线性化分析时精度较低的问题,应用非线性方程建立阀控马达角位移位置伺服系统的精确数学模型和S imu link仿真模型,确定仿真参数并进行仿真计算,计算结果符合要求;讨论比例电磁阀的死区和零偏以及液压马达与旋转式执行器的连接间隙对系统性能的影响。结果表明:这种建模方法是有效的,仿真结果准确。
The accuracy is low using linear method to analyze valve control motor.A nonlinear analysis method was studied.Nonlinear equation was used to establish a mathematic model and a simulation model to angular displacement servo-drive system of valve control motor.The simulation parameters were determined and simulation was made.The result satisfied demand.The effects of dead space(skip area) and zero deflection of proportion electromagnetic valve on the performance of the system were studied.The results demonstrate that simulation is accurate and nonlinear modeling method is feasible.
