基于窗口技术的压接质量在线监控方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析一级无剪切整体式压力连接的原理,通过对若干典型质量问题下的压力-位移曲线进行对比分析,提出一种基于窗口技术、根据压力连接曲线关键点位置进行压力连接质量在线监控的方法,并应用到实际的监控系统。结果表明:该方法具有运算速度快、准确度高的特点,可提高生产效率。 The first grade no cutting integral type clinching principle was analyzed.Through comparison analysis of curves under some typical quality problems,a method of on-line monitoring for clinching quality was introduced based on window technique and according to key-point positions in clinching curves,and it was applied to a real-time monitoring system.The application results show that this method has characteristics of high operation speed and high precision,and production efficiency is improved.
