摘要
介绍了常见过渡金属碳化物具有的一些共同的特性,例如高熔点,强硬度,耐热,抗氧化好等,以及在一些方面的应用。综述了碳化物粉体常用的合成方法,分析了合成方法各自的优缺点。
Some characteristics of common transition metal carbides were introduced,such as high melting point,high hardness,heat resistance and oxidation resistance,then application of transition metal carbides was summarized.At last,synthesis methods of transition metal carbides powder were discussed,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.
