摘要
通过对太阳能集热系统中不锈钢波纹管组份检测和系统软化水的水质分析,确定不锈钢304波纹管的腐蚀原因,并对各个因素的腐蚀机理进行了研究。氯离子在高温软化水中极性大、活性高,对不锈钢有很强的腐蚀能力。同时温度、溶解氧、盐浓度以及水中的微生物等因素都可以影响不锈钢的腐蚀速率。提高进水的水质要求,控制合理的流速以及采用耐腐蚀性高的材料在一定程度上能够防止不锈钢的腐蚀。
Through analysis of stainless steel components and testing of soften water in the solar energy system,reasons of 304 stainless steel corrosion were determined and various factors were analyzed.The results show that polarity and activity of chlorine ion in hot water are stronger,so stainless steel can easily be corroded.While other factors such as temperature,dissolved oxygen,salt and organism can influence corrosion rate of stainless steel.Increasing the quality of water,controlling the flow rate and using new stainless steel material can prevent the corrosion in degree.
