摘要
调查了一些具有代表性的高档办公建筑的用电负荷状况,汇总分析最大负荷、负荷密度、变压器负荷率等数据;综合分析变压器的初始投资、运行费用和货币利率等因素;结合高档办公建筑的实际负荷密度,提出此类建筑的变压器装机容量与建筑面积的合理比值,为电气设计提供借鉴。
Based on the survey of the status in quo of the electrical loads of some typical top- grade office buildings, the paper presents a Comprehensive analysis of data such as the maximum load, load density, transformer load factor, etc. The factors such as initial investment of transformers, operating cost, currency interest rate, etc are analysed synthetically. By taking into consideration the actual load density of top- grade office buildings, it proposes a reasonable ratio between the installed capacity of transformer and the construction area of such buildings, which is intended to provide reference for electrical design.
