介绍了DH36高强度船板钢在ASP生产线的开发研制情况。通过合理设计化学成分,严格控制各工序操作,开发出了DH36高强度船板钢,试制的产品具有优良的强韧性、成形性及焊接性能,已通过挪威船级社认证。
The development progress on high strength DH36 steel plate for ship-building through ASP production line is introduced,and thus the DH36 steel plate is developed by adjusting suitably the solution of chemical compositions and strictly controlling each step for production.And as a result the trial products are excellent in toughness,formability and weldability,and the DH36 steel grade has been approved by DNV.
