提高烧结矿转鼓强度的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 鞍钢西区烧结投产以来,烧结矿的转鼓强度始终较低,不能满足大高炉的生产需要,通过对影响烧结矿转鼓强度的主要因素分析,采取优化配矿,加强生产操作等措施,使烧结矿的强度大幅度提高,转鼓强度达到83%。 The sinter tumbler strength is always relatively low since the sinter machine of the sintering plant located in Angang's western area is put into operation,which can not meet the requirements demanded by the large BF.Based on analyzing the main factors which are influencing the sinter tumbler strength,some measures such as optimizing ore matching and improving operations are taken,and as a result the sinter tumbler strength is greatly increased and the tumbler index can reach to 83%.
