Improvement of Guide Level Fittings at Entrance of 2150 mm Finishing Mill

介绍了2150 mm精轧机入口导卫标高装置的作用,对存在的氧化铁皮较多、导卫标高不能自动调整等问题进行了分析。通过采取增大减速比、滑动轴承改滚动轴承等措施,实现了导卫标高的自动调整。改进后的入口导卫标高装置完全能满足生产工艺要求。

This paper presents the function of guide level fittings at the entrance of 2150 mm finishing mill and analyzes the reasons why there exist so many scales on the fittings and the guide level can＇t be regulated automatically.The automatic regulation of the guide level can be achieved by taking such measures as increasing the reduction gear ratio and changing sliding bearings into rolling bearings.The improved guide level fittings at entrance can adequate to the demand of the production process.
