摘要
以稻草和麸皮为主要原料,在室温条件下(温度不定)通过单因素筛选出康氏木霉固态发酵产纤维素酶的最佳条件,对氮源、接种量、麸皮添加量、含水量、发酵时间和初始pH值进行研究,结果表明,室温条件下的最佳发酵条件:氮源为尿素,添加量3%,接种量2%,稻草麸皮比7:3,营养液添加量150%,初始pH值3.0,发酵时间72 h,此时,羟甲基纤维素酶和滤纸酶活性最高。
With straw and wheat bran as the main raw material,the optimum condition of solid state fermentation for trichoderma koningii to produce cellulose was studied by single-factor experiment in room temperature.It included nitrogen source,inoculum concentration,the additive amount of wheat bran,water content,fermentation time and initial pH that were studied.The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions in room temperature were as follows:nitrogen source was urea,additive amount 3% and inoculum concentration 2%,the ratio between straw and wheat bran was 7:3,additive amount of nutrient solution 150%,initial pH value 3.0,fermentation time 72 h,under which,CMC and FPA were the most active.
