摘要 变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病,发病机制尚不完全清楚,临床治疗仍不能完全令人满意,本文从遗传、环境及免疫学角度就变应性鼻炎的发病机制做一综述。 Allergic Rhinitis is a common disease of otolaryngology.Its pathogenesis is not clear and the treatment effect is not satisfied.This article has reviewed the pathogenesis of allergic Rhinitis by heredity,environment and Immunology.
