摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)诊断中的意义。方法对336例DVT患者的声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果 DVT二维超声表现为腔内强弱不等回声或充盈缺损;彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)示血栓处无血流信号或血流频谱变直。结论彩色多普勒超声是临床诊断DVT的一个有效方法,且具有无创、安全、准确及可重复性应用等优点。
Objective To explore the significance of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing deep venous thrombosis（DVT） in lower limbs.Methods The ultrasonic images of 336 patients with DVT were analyzed retrospectively.Results DVT in color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） may be showing as weak or strong echo image and fragmentary.They may behave as no blood flow signals and the frequency spectrum straightened.Conclusion CDFI is an effective,noninvasive,safe,accurate and repeatable method to diagnose deep venous thrombosis.
