关于3G时代建设和完善手机图书馆的思考

Reflection on the construction and perfection of mobile phone libraries in the times of 3G

随着3G网络的逐渐完善,依托3G网络,手机图书馆将成为用户获取信息的重要途径,图书馆信息服务的形式和内容将发生全新的变化。作者从建设手机图书馆的可行性进行分析,结合我国现有手机图书馆的发展现状,提出了3G时代建设和完善手机图书馆的对策。

With the gradual perfection of the 3G network,mobile phone library will become a most important channel for the users to obtain information based on the 3G network.A brand-new change will inevitably take place in both the content and forms of library service.This article makes analysis of the feasbility of the construction of moblie phone libraries.By combining the present situation of mobile phone libraries in China,the author of this article advances some tactics in the construction and perfection of mobile phone libraries in the times of 3G.
