韩礼德的主位结构系统已被广泛运用于翻译研究,本文试从主位结构理论框架内鉴赏古诗《游子吟》的英译文,进而证明该理论在古诗翻译和鉴赏中的可行性。

Halliday＇s thematic structure theory has been extensively applied to translation studies.This paper intends to make an analysis of the poem ＂A Traveler＇s song＂ and its English translations within this theory,and nto further prove the feasibility of the theory in poetry translation and appreciation.
