心房纤颤患者心房肌细胞动作电位变化的研究

THE DIVERSIFICATION OF ATRIAL MYOCYTEIN ACTION POTENTIAL IN PATIENTS WITH ATRIAL FIBRILLATION

摘要 目的:通过探讨心房颤动(房颤)患者心房肌动作电位时程(APD)的变化,研究房颤患者心房肌细胞离子通道的改变。方法:采用标准玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,记录成人离体心房肌细胞的动作电位(AP),观察房颤病人心房肌细胞APD的改变。结果:房颤病人心房肌APD、APD复极至50%的时程(APD50)及APD复极至90%的时程(APD90)较窦性心律组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人房颤病人心房肌细胞APD缩短与心房肌中分布的离子通道改变有关,尤其是影响AP复极化过程的钾、钙等多离子通道发生改变。 Objective:To research the changes in ion channels by investigating the diversification on action potential duration(APD) in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods:By using conventional intracellular microelectrode technique to record action potentials in atrial myocyte in vitro,and observe the diversification on APD in patients with AF.Results:APD,action potentials at 50% and 90% of repolarization(APD50,APD90) were significantly shorter than those in the controls(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The cut down of APD was related to the changes of ion channels in atrial myocyte,in particular those which can affect the action potential repolarization,such as changes in potassium and calcium channels which affect the action potential repolarization.
