摘要
介绍了一种新型功能材料──陶/炭复合导电耐火材料。结合实验,探讨了此类材料的制作工艺及导电机理;分析了影响制品导电率的相关因素以及提高制品性能的方法。对氧化镁/石墨导电耐火材料在炼钢电弧炉炉底作阳极等应用情况作了介。
The new functional material ceramic - carbon conductive rofractory composites is introduced. Combining theory with the lab work, the manufactory process and the conductive mechanism are discussed. The related factors influencing the conductivity of the com-posites and the methods improving their properties are analyzed. The application of MgO - graphite conductive bricks to the bottom lining of are furnace is also introduced.
