摘要
采用微波联合超声波分别对潞安煤、西山煤、云南煤和阳泉煤进行脱硫研究。考察了氧化剂配比、微波辐照时间、超声波联合微波等条件对煤中有机硫脱除效果的影响。实验结果表明,不同氧化剂配比有不同的脱有机硫效果。其中,V(HAc)∶V(H2O2)=1∶1时,脱硫效果最佳;微波辐照时间对脱硫率有明显的影响,随着微波辐照时间的延长,有机硫脱除率增加;先超声波后微波的有机硫脱硫效果好于先微波后超声波脱有机硫的脱硫效果。研究表明,微波是脱除煤中硫的一种有效方法。
In this paper,the desulfurization of four kinds of coals,Luan,Xishan,Yunnan Yangquan were carried out by jointing ultrasonic and microwave irradiation.The effect of treatment time of microwave,the ratio of oxidative agents and joint ultrasonic and microwave irradiation on the desulfurization of coals were investigated.The results show that different ratios of oxidative agents has different desulfurization rate.The V(HAc)∶V(H2O2)=1∶1 is the best ratio for the desulfurization.The effects of microwave irradiation time are great on the organic sulfur removal.With the microwave irradiation time increase,the amount of organic sulfur removal increases.The effect of ultrasonic before microwave irradiation on desulfurization is stronger than microwave irradiation before ultrasonic.Results show that microwave irradiation is an effect way on desulfurization in coals.
